The company was founded in 1991 in the city of Sliven.
At the beginning, the company produced single and small-series parts intended for spare parts in the mining industry, agricultural machinery and mechanical engineering. Later it grew and added a steel foundry with long-standing traditions and experience.

The company maintains close relationships with its customers and constantly seeks feedback on quality and possible measures it can take to improve it. In addition to the production of castings, the company has developed a large range of spare parts for bucket wheel and bucket track excavators, conveyors and others, mainly intended for customers from the Maritsa-East Mines and the Thermal Power Plants in the so-called Maritsa Basin.
