With induction hardening, we offer complex solutions from only one supplier, with which our customers receive a completely manufactured product. All inductors are designed and manufactured by us by our experienced engineers and technicians.
We have 2 surface hardening installations:
- For rotary parts with a weight of up to 2000kg. and a diameter of up to Ф1500mm. It is mainly used for running wheels and rollers
- Vertical installation for cylindrical and conical parts equipped with CNC and 3 controlled axes of movement. Maximum weight of the part 400kg and dimensions up to Ф400x1500mm
