Machining

The company has a large base of high-tech metalworking machines. All the fixtures for the purpose are designed and manufactured on site by our highly qualified engineers and technicians.

CNC lathes

  • Goodway GLS-2000ML 3-axis machine (Ф300x650mm)
    • Goodway GLS-2000L (Ф300x650mm)
    • 2 x CE 063 (Ф500x1500mm)
    • Pietro Carnaghi ATF 10 TM High-performance 3-axis vertical lathe-milling machine (Ф1250x750mm) It has a vertical and horizontal milling head. It works with workpieces up to 2000 kg.
    • Mori Seiki MT 253 5-axis turn-mill machine (Ф500x1500mm)

    • Wohlenberg Hannover VV 2000 heavy-duty CNC lathe (Ф1650x6300mm over the slide and Ф2050mm over the parallels) Maximum load between centers 12,500 kg.

  • Milltronics Partner vertical machining center 4-axis machine (1050x610x610mm)
  • First V 2000 vertical machining center 3-axis machine (2200x1000x700mm) maximum load 2000 kg.
  • Heckert CWK 500 2-pallet horizontal machining center 3.5-axis machine (800x750x800mm) and maximum load 800 kg.
